Historic Chicago and Northwestern Depot Museum
101 E. 1st St
101 E. 1st St - Constructed in 1925, this passenger depot was once a hub of the community. It has been restored to its original grandeur and hosts Wakefield-area memorabilia from the late 1800s to present day. Exhibits include a 1920s Vollmer player piano, telegraph equipment and railroad items. Open Sat, 10am-noon; or by appt. Free. 402-287-2355 or 402-287-2362
