Lewis and Clark Visitor Center

10 mi. N. on NE Hwy 121 - The Visitor Center provides a spectacular view of Lewis and Clark Lake, Gavins Point Dam and Missouri River. The center provides information about the development of the Missouri River Basin with interactive exhibits featuring displays on the geology, Corps of Engineers history, exploration, early navigation, settlement and natural history of the river area. Open summer months: Sun-Thu, 8am-6pm; Fri-Sat, 8am-7pm. Call for off-season hours. Gift shop and theater programs. Free. 402-667-2546
