N. of I-80 Exit 305 - Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this site is adjacent to the Wood River Crossing area where Mormon Trail travelers funneled onto a narrow ridge which separated the Wood River and the wetlands of the Platte River. This created the wide, shallow swale that is still visible today. 308-382-4400
